From a degree in Law and Management Science, a career in HR in a global construction company, an extended career break raising a family and caring for elderly parents, gradually drifting away from my identity and purpose, going through enormous personal shifts to become a certified transformational coach, and everything in between...

After so long away from the career I loved and the identity which went with it, I was left with a seriously confronting question:

"Who am I now?"

And that is where a huge dismantling began, courtesy of my transformational coaching training:

I questioned the values I was living by; they were not my own, but absorbed from others around me, to fit their expectations and comfort. I questioned the standards I had unconsciously calibrated to; again, not my own. I questioned my identity and realised it bore no resemblance to who I wanted to be or felt fulfilled or even comfortable being. I questioned my purpose - and saw a yawning chasm.

Armed with this deep understanding, I reset my values, standards and purpose, so they were robust, exacting, aligned and very, very personal. Slowly but surely, I dismantled all of the external detritus until I came back to the raw, core ME. And then I started to build with intention.

This is where the power lies - to question deeply and uncomfortably at times, To find your true values, and purpose, to redefine what you believe can be possible by expanding your identity, and to build an incredible future of alignment, fulfilment and success on your terms.

Not only this, but a core value of mine is to lift up as many people with me as I can, and to encourage you to do the same.
